These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at biosplantrinse.world (the "Site"), operated from 6455 W Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638, United States. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site publishes free educational lifestyle content about desk sitting awareness for people who work at desks. Topics include the Office Triad framework (alignment, movement, and daily check-ins), micro-movements you can try without leaving your chair, how stress may appear in sitting habits, posture archetypes (such as Computer Turtle, Office Shrimp, and Banana Posture), and general workstation awareness.

It is not medical advice, physical therapy, chiropractic treatment, diagnosis, prescription, or a substitute for professional healthcare. Nothing on the Site establishes a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or provider-patient relationship. Movement suggestions describe habits some desk workers find helpful; individual experiences vary widely.
Always seek qualified professionals — physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, or other licensed providers — for pain, injury, numbness, weakness, or any health concern. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here. Stop any movement that causes sharp pain, dizziness, or discomfort and consult a provider.

Illinois residents: Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505/) or other non-waivable Illinois consumer protections.
